Why do 'We Need to Talk'? We Need to Talk for two main reasons; first, as we find ourselves on this endless road to become complete we need to take a hard and honest look at how much damage we have suffered by being careless with our hearts and cavalier with our affections.
The past might be passed indeed, but it still has the capacity to corrupt our futures if not handled properly.
The second reason we need to talk is if we ever hope to mature and get to the level that God wants us to be, we must be honest about the choices that we have made that might have brought us to this point and admit that we are somewhat complicit in our own dysfunction.
We must be willing and brave enough to cut ourselves open with the scalpel of honesty and humility at the expense of our pride and resignation so |
